The Pediatric Infectious Disease Program at the University of Manitoba is a two-year training program which is accredited by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. The program is highly regarded in Canada for training top quality infectious disease physicians and researchers and historically is the site of the first formal training in Canada.
Trainees in this program may participate in a number of clinical and research opportunities in existing overseas projects. Potential research project fields include clinical epidemiology and basic science research.
